- Strong knowledge of all hardware and software. Including Crestron, Extron, Shure, QSC , Biamp, Cisco VTC, Listen Technology, VIQ Recording Software.
- Uploads program code and configures Processors, Touch Panels, Cisco Codecs and DSP's to be sent out for break fix and court expansions. Updates system firmware and softwares when needed.

- Builds and tests Digital Audio Recording PC's to be shipped out and used for immigration recordings. Supports and builds EDDS Courts hallway signage PC’s to be used at sites across the United States.
