Starting with no experience in the field I rose to the position of trainer based on my abilities and work ethic. These skills combined with an affinity for communication helped aid in the process of training. From there I maintained my position, ensuring that new hires were capable and able to perform regular business duties. From this point, I was promoted to a shift supervisor where my expectations multiplied tenfold. I was not responsible for cash handling, inventory management, employee management, customer satisfaction, and accomplishing the expected goals. In every working situation that I have engaged in I have become a core part of the work-customer dynamic as I appreciate both sides. Through the upcoming 9 years of experience, I have come to appreciate, engage in, and encourage a work ethic based on the drive to succeed for oneself. I feel that my drive to go back to school and graduate while climbing within my own company is a testament to my ability to work hard and stay engaged. I have a true passion for business and finding new ways to succeed.
