- I run racks and bins, which means that I put clothing and items on the floor.

- At Chios Rotisserie, my main two responsibilities were cashier and waitressing.
- I would be in the front, taking orders, packing them, and handing them out.
- If the orders were to-go orders (including website, DoorDash, and Grubhub orders), I would pack them up and hand them to customers when they arrived at the restaurant. However, if they were orders that were made at the restaurant, I would have to take them to the customers' table, and after they were done, I would have to clean up their leftovers and mess.
- It was always just one person working in the front, doing everything.
- Throughout my shift, I also had to go in the back and fry, and prepare all the sides and salads.
- If I worked the morning shift, I had to open the restaurant and make sure everything was clean, but during the night, there was a lot more work.
- At night, I had to sweep and mop the floors, clean off the tables, bring tables and chairs inside from the outside, clean the bathrooms, and even help the cooks in the back clean up (mop and sweep the floors, as well as clean off the counters).
- We had fountain drinks and a dessert fridge that I had to clean up as well.
- We also had four different types of sauces, so I had to fill up at least fifty little cups of each.
- I would also do catering at Amazon on Saturday mornings, which required me to wake up even earlier, and it was a whole process.
- A huge part of my job was also customer service.
- If there were ever an issue at the restaurant, I would be the one to solve it and find solutions for it.
- Having patience and understanding for customers was part of customer service, and I was really good at it.
