As a Rental Coordinator, I work closely with the sales team to fulfill customer equipment needs, including sourcing units from other locations when our yard is out of stock. I manage the dispatch of drivers and technicians for equipment deliveries, pickups, and on-site repairs to ensure smooth and timely service. I prepare rental contracts for over 15 major accounts and handle monthly cycle billing for ongoing rentals. In addition to supporting our regular clients, I assist walk-in customers with quotes, reservations, and equipment recommendations based on their job requirements. I'm also hands-on when needed—servicing and performing minor repairs on units to keep operations moving efficiently.

Performed detailed pre-delivery inspections on a variety of new equipment including skid steers, tractors, RTVs, skid loaders, and mowers. Checked all fluid levels, inspected for leaks, and ensured all bolts and components were properly secured. Installed a range of custom accessories such as canopies, radios, specialty doors, protective guards, oil coolers, travel alarms, and backup cameras to meet customer specifications. Conducted small engine maintenance including oil changes, hydraulic filter replacements, and carburetor cleaning to ensure equipment was field-ready and operating at peak performance.
