Patient Services Supervisor
-Overseeing the food production and nutrition services within an organization.
-Ensuring high quality, safety, and compliance.
-Train and manage food service personnel, including PDAs, patient cooks, dishwashers and other kitchen staff.
-Implementing and potentially modifying menus, ensuring they meet nutritional needs and preferences for patients.
-Monitor and manage food and supply inventory to ensure correct ingredients.
-Optimizing food service operations to ensure efficient food preparation, following recipes, ensure safe food delivery to patients and friendly customer service.
-Creating and overlocking staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and other need for the business.
-keeping correct kitchen documentation, compliance documentation and inventory sheets with correct information.
-Addressing and resolving issues related to food quality, service, and operational efficiency.
-Ensuring and fostering a great teamwork environment.
