Jakub Kowalkowski

I assist Attorney Frank Avila in legal matters pertaining to elections, criminal law, and civil rights.

Represented the Solis Family in a matter involving Cook County Stroger Hospital and the Organ Donation Organization, Gift of Hope, where there was obvious mistreatment and poor execution of protocol and procedure.

I have also worked on legal processes at the Board of Elections.
