• Oversee daily operations for multiple restaurants within one location: Hanabi Hibachi & Sushi, 1624 Bistro, and The Yard Sports Bar.
• Handle inventory ordering and receiving, staying mindful of costs and timing to ensure we’re always well-stocked without overspending.
• Create and manage weekly schedules for 20-30 employees, balancing staff availability with business needs and labor costs to maintain smooth operations.
• Coordinate weekly events for 30+ guests, ensuring entertainment is booked, the venue space is properly set up, and catering is prepared and delivered on time.
