Responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting clients with processing of check orders and business supply needs. Also responsible for upselling on each call and giving a great customer experience.

• Responsible for generating monthly sales with small and medium sized businesses, including but not limited to; outbound cold calling, construction and lead generations. internet, tv, phone and various other products.
• Meet and exceed all sales goals, quotas and achieve great scorecard metrics.
• Answer questions about product features and benefits.
• Prepare docusigns for each customer and walk them through signing.

• Answer telephone calls from potential customers with interest in satellite tv, internet, and phone services.
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Meet particular sales goals bi weekly
• Maintain great attendance

• Provide assistance for customers with special billing requests.
• Calculate and quote charges for services such as long-distance connections.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail.
• Promote company products, services, and savings plans when appropriate.
