• Reviewed and process applications submitted by borrowers to apply a postponement option on their accounts.
• Assigned tasks to myself through a CRM Software called Hera.
• Confirmed and compared the borrower’s demographic information with the application the borrower submitted.
• Updated borrower’s demographic information from the application when data is invalid or missing. Review the application before applying the postponement option to the account.
• Reviewed account to make sure that the request is not a duplicate task by checking the status of the loans to see if an option has been applied. In the event of redundancy or if information in the application is outdated, the file is notated and the task is closed.
• Researched missing account information to validate borrower’s enrollment status. Applied proper action after research findings.
• Thoroughly applied approved actions on each individual loan using the following criteria; type of loan; how old the loan is; who owns the loan or where the loan was originally disbursed from; if the loan went into repayment or not; if there have been more recent disbursements; if the student was in school as a half time or full time student before a 90 day period.
