  • Collaborated with hiring managers/teams to develop job descriptions that accurately reflected position requirements. Worked alongside hiring mangers to present highest quality pool of candidates suitable for the job. Specialized in numerous technologies including .NET web development, mobile application development, quality assurance and management/leadership roles.
  • Effectively use social media, job boards, internal databases, along with referrals from building long lasting relationships with candidates. I also optimized and maximized a candidate’s skillset and interest by reaching out to other regions to see if they have additional roles that may be suitable. This allowed for Motion to have access to the highest quality candidates for all potential roles the company was working. In addition, this showcased our ability to provide top tier candidate experiences by presenting multiple additional opportunities.
  • Manage talent pool based on qualifications, experience, and personality. Determine which candidates would be best moving forward and advise hiring manager/team on each candidate’s skillset along with salary request.
  • Successfully hit Senior Talent Advisor in just over a year of recruiting, quickly surpassing the average time to achieve this position. Followed up that highly successful year but having an even better second year, allowing me to reach Lead Talent Advisor.
  • Spoke with 60-70+ potential candidates per month for multiple different hard to fill roles. Consistently ranking in the top 5% of all Talent Advisor’s for screens and other KPI metrics. Average 2-3 placements per month averaging in $75-100k in GP + monthly contractor billing.
  • I mentored junior Talent Advisors on a weekly basis, allowing them to ask questions and brainstorm effective strategies to find their own candidates. Assisted in giving monthly trainings to both new hires and fellow Leads to keep our skillset sharp.
