Managed over seafood departments in Plano, Ft. Worth and Southlake. Was moved from each store as needed. Managed over seafood departments that averaged 2-3 millions dollars in sales per year. Was responsible for the day to day operations including order writing, schedule writing, inventory control, team growth and training. At the time, I was the senior seafood manager within Central Market. I was responsible for the training of multiple individuals that went on to become seafood managers and even one that has grown to become a perishable director within the company. I was responsible for hiring, maintaining and evaluating 10-15 partners within the seafood department.
