I have 20+ years experience in the coatings field, all in the office furniture industry; and pretreatment systems. I have certifications for training from Henkel Inc. for Iron Phosphate Pretreatment, as well as Autodeposition coating process training and experience (Also known as Autophoretic). I have experience running both Nordson and GEMA powder systems, including but not limited to pump repair, recipe offsets, and troubleshooting experience. Quality checks have always been a job requirement including mil gage, ph meters, titration, gloss meters, cross hatch and other lab equipment, as well as powder usage and environmental readings (Temp, humidity) tracking to hold us and our vendors to the highest standard.
