James Diggins, I stick to a routine consistently, writing daily and weekly tasks and goals down on paper, prioritizing each task by its level of importance and setting specific time frames to complete each task. I prepare in advance for my morning the night before and get adequate rest to ensure my energy levels are high enough to last me through the day. I stay ready for unexpected obstacles to arise, by staying ready I do not need to get ready., How did you get through the challenges to learn the skill or knowledge? I had many battles and I learned both victory and defeat. I probably learned more from the times I was defeated and failed than anything else in life. I learned how to take constructive criticism and how to give it without coming off as offensive. I learned how to be a man of integrity. Stay true to my principles and be the same man in all my affairs by leaning on my core beliefs of working hard, being prepared, responsible, punctual, honest, open minded, objective, and assertive. Have I mastered myself? Not yet but that keeps me motivated to keep learning and keep growing., Why is teamwork important? We are all working together to reach a common goal. Keeping our clients and customers happy so we can continue to grow and be profitable. There is no role that is not significant in reaching our overall goals as a company.
