Technician
I've been working at Procter and Gamble for 47 years. I've been a Team leader, Line Leader, Maintenance Planner. I've also held the Safety Leader position. As a team leader I've managed 12+ people overseeing the daily production and kept management updated as needed pertaining to the production and mechanical issues. As a line leader I would oversee the daily production on the lines and my people with keeping lines running checking quality of product. When I was the Maintenance planner I was on call 24/7 to react to any breakdowns and part issue on 2 lines. Scheduling down days and outages for preventative maintenance and fix what was needed. As the Safety Leader I was incharge of managing team safety by reviewing Safety practices with each team member and making sure any safety issues were dealt with. I spent most of my 47 career years on the production line with 12 years in Maintenance roll. I am excellent at trouble shooting problems. I am mechanically inclined when it comes to taking apart and putting things together and fixing anything I find wrong in the process.
