Perform all operations of licensed residential painting company by myself. Advertising and marketing, telecommunications, scheduling estimates with clients, meeting with customers, compose and email detailed invoices, secure deposits. Maintain vendor relations and all company accounts in good standing. Keep a stocked inventory. Keep equipment clean and in good working order, including ladders, platforms and scaffolding. Fix equipment as needed (repack pump for sprayer, service powerwasher, etc;). Mix, shake, test paints. Stay up to date on OSHA certifications. Perform all tasks needed. Perform punchouts, Walk-through's, and follow ups.

Interior and exterior residential and commercial painting. From sanding, scraping and spraying to backrolling and brushing. As a substrate specialist I can repair sheetrock, gypsum, plaster, wallboard, wallpaper, wood, stucco, vinyl and many other surfaces and materials.
