I deliver, install, and program machines at each location all over MS and the surrounding states. I install card readers as well kiosks that have to be anchored to the floor, or mounted on walls. I install small two machine jobs, and also assist large university jobs where we will install several hundred units. I connect plumbing, gas, venting and at times have to install conversion kits for different gas types. I also field calls from other techs and installers with programming issues they may run into. I also occasionally install OPL (large chassis commercial) equipment and the experience from my last job usually has me either helping with the install, or answering questions that arise for other employees in the company working on or installing the same OPL machines. I also on occasions when free will help run collections where I collect money from the machines and kiosks that we install.

I would install, diagnose, locate part numbers to order (unless I had stock), and repair commercial laundry equipment, dry cleaning equipment, and presses. I was promoted to lead tech after roughly two years and trained all incoming techs as well as installers when brought on board to make certain they were trained properly from the experience I picked up. I would help on larger installs when free helped in setting up plants and hooking up the electrical and plumbing.
