I maintained and repaired different brands of rooftop package heating and cooling units multi zone units chillers and unit heaters by performing a diagnosis of reported problems based on filed Work Orders and then if necessary conduct filter changes compressor can replacements fan motor change out evaporator and condenser change out sensor replacement, transducer replacement and thermostat replacements
• used automated logic, compass, and Yates brand DDC programs in familiar manner to monitor and maintain desired conditions by adjusting certain set points or input output in the logic for airflow zone temperature, relative humidity, investigating and clearing alarms, etc. I also replaced control modules that have been diagnosed as failed.

• While operating as a full-time service technician (40hrs.+/week), I repaired and performed maintenance on various brands of rooftop units (Lennox, Carrier, Trane, 4 Seasons, Addison) by diagnosing issues with units and performing compressor, change, outs, evaporator and condenser coil replacements leaks, search and repair complete all unit change out filter, changes, greasing of bearings, motors, etc.
