President, Payroll,bill paying,inventory,cater in remote locations, traveling and pulling a 28 foot, 9000 pound box trailer,customer service, damage control, sales for catering, advertising ideas, promotional ideas for the business, radio, social media ideas, tv adds. At 17 years old I dropped out of high scholl to help my dad in the business, my mom was sick and my dad in his late 70's and needed a way out after fighting his way through the 1982-1986 oil bust. He was deep in dept and needed a way out as to care for my mom. We made a deal on a hand shake and sent him home. I spent years supporting my mom and dad and paid him off. When my mom passed in 1997 my dad came to work for me as I opened a second location. After paying him the original purchase agreement, I continued to pay him for another 13 years until his passing. I will add that i paid rent as he lost his location to poor sales and poor economy. In 2018 I purchased the current location I operate out of for 101 million. I am in the process of selling to my brother and looking to change carriers. I am extra hard working and maculas about my restaurants cleanliness and daily operation. Part of my daily is catering out on locations in the far reaches of the oilfield. Frac jobs, drilling rigs,compression sites, plants, field offices. Needless to say, I can find a location in very remote areas and be on time, " Hot Food on time to your customer " is my moto and I am very dedicated to that. No drugs, no alcohol, clean driving record.
