• Collaborating with multiple agencies to prepare for mass casualty incidents and create organizational learning points

• Oversaw shift operations for six sites in the southeast Minnesota region and fielded phone calls from dispatch to assign hospital to hospital transfers while maintaining coverage for local emergency services
• Ensured adequate resources and equipment were available to crews and supported team members during critical patient calls
• Expanded leadership skills by acting as an advocate for crews, troubleshooting events that arose during the shift, and being a bridge between crews and the management team
• Mentored team members by offering advice and encouragement when questions surfaced.
