My bartending journey began when I attended the Premium Institute of Bartending. Upon graduating, the institution offered me employment, working regular events with the clientele of their event staffing company. Soon, I was promoted to a head bartender, in charge of ensuring that the separate bars were stocked, decorated, and in line with sanitation standards. I had been leading events with them for over 8 years, while also working other bartender jobs along the way. I've bartended with the Scarborough Renaissance Festival for 2 seasons, as well as LSA Burger CO. since 2021!
