In my current role, I am responsible for Congressman David Kustoff's district security. I act as the primary liaison between local, state, and federal officials regarding all law enforcement matters. Coordinate with the Capitol Police and the Sergeant at Arms regarding any investigations involving the congressman and/or staff. I leverage 25 years of experience in law enforcement to navigate complex situations and foster relationships that are essential to the role.

• Assistant Commander of the Multi-Agency Gang Unit.
• Oversaw the identification, investigation, and suppression of criminal gangs in the Memphis metropolitan area.

As Commander of the School Resource Officers (SRO) Division, I supervised 55 SROs and 4 sergeants. These SROs were assigned to 27 schools in 7 different school districts in Shelby County.

• Negotiated Memorandums of Understanding in the seven school districts.
• Developed and implemented active shooter simulation training using real-life school scenarios.

Task Force Officer with the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Tarnished Badge Task Force. Our focus was to identify, investigate and arrest law enforcement officers in the Mid-South

• Complex investigations that included color of law violations, narcotics, kidnapping, extortion, and large-scale theft operations.

From April 1 until August 10, 1999, I was in Basic Recruit School. Upon graduating, I was assigned to the afternoon shift of uniformed patrol.
