  • Successfully petitioned the State of New Jersey, NJDOT, to seasonally reduce the speed limit on Ocean Avenue, SH36, in Sea Bright, from 40mph to 35mph.
  • Streamlined operations and assigned officer/s workload by researching, procuring, and implementing professional scheduling, personal time off, and extra duty software.
  • In an effort to modernize and disambiguate Sea Bright Borough's Vehicle and Traffic Ordinances, I drafted a new ordinance, in cooperation with the Borough's leadership, Municipal Court Judge, Municipal Court Prosecutor, and the New Jersey Davison of Courts.
  • In 2019, successfully petitioned the Borough to, after 10 years, resume hosting Sea Bright's Independence Day Pyrotechnic Display.
  • Served as Event Coordinator & Commander for the Pyrotechnic display since 2019, coordinating with numerous federal, state, county, and local agencies. Utilizing the Incident Command System, my responsibilities included: hosting pre-event meetings, obtaining authorization to launce pyrotechnics, budgeting and scheduling for the event, briefing all Sea Bright and outside agency personnel, and supervising the event as a whole. Typically I supervised 50 to 60 law enforcement officers during the event.
