1.) Returned to campus as a contract line supervisor to help realign processes for an increase in production numbers.

2.) Hired full time after 1 year of contract work. Hired back as a line supervisor and worked in all areas of paint. Working to set processes and guidelines needed.

3.) Promoted to BTL in 2016. During this time was able to oversee the introduction of 2 new product lines into the campus.

Worked to develop processes related to all aspects of product lines: Ecoat application, Seale application, Prep, Topcoat application as well as facility changes needed to accommodate all new product.

• Managed daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Developed marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Oversaw inventory management, optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Trained and mentored staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

1.) Hired in as Line Supervisor over main line Chassis Paint Booth.

2.) Moved in 6 months to Administrative Supervisor for Paint Division. Overseeing all manpower staffing and contractual issues throughout the division.

3.) Promoted to BTL over 2nd shift in the Paint Facility in Aug 1999. Overseen all production and scheduling of cabs to meet Main Line requirements.

• Applied high-quality finishes to automotive surfaces, ensuring superior visual appeal and durability.
• Prepared vehicles for painting by performing sanding, masking, and surface cleaning tasks.
• Operated spray guns and equipment for efficient application of primers, paints, and clear coats.
• Collaborated with team members to streamline workflow processes and enhance overall production efficiency.
• Assessed color match accuracy using digital tools and adjusted formulations as needed for optimal results.
• Operated and used body shop equipment properly and safely.
