  • During that first year, I was in charge of training three new superintendents while also increasing the production of the builds of up to 32 pseudo-custom homes.
  • Coordinated resources across multiple departments and teams as needed for successful completion of projects.
  • I won multiple awards and also the "Rookie of the Year Award," that first year at Standard Pacific Homes.
