Ensure the integration of LMS IT programs and services; and develop solutions to integration/interoperability issues. Technical oversight in the development of long-range LMS plans and ensures they are consistent, accurate, and adequately reflect trends and developments within IT communities. Prepares and presents reports and makes recommendations for changes in methods and practices where appropriate; prepares and presents briefings to senior management officials on complex/controversial issues. Initiate and updates manuals, instructions, and SOP procedures relevant to the use, maintenance, and functionality of the LMS.
