James Ware

I have extensive experience in the retail sales environment. I know what its like to work retail schedules, handle customer situations, work with co-teammates, and represent company standards. I even have a broad background in the operations of a business. Teaching has taught me the importance of building genuine relationships. Leadership and humility has taught me how to be an expert while remaining approachable enough that students feel comfortable. However. these qualifications are just extras and don't target what I've come to believe is the beating heart of REI.

I wish is to get a sales position with REI. I am retiring from my present company with Mor Furniture. I want to stay busy and begin to enjoy my later years in the outdoors doing the things I love such as backpacking, fishing. camping and kayaking with my wife, kids and grandkids.

What I can bring to the table is a passion for the outdoors. An energy and enthusiasm that I hope I can share and inspire in others

so "We" can all participate in adventures and explore this wondrous world. I believe we can and its our duty to make this world better for each generation and I would like to be part of this family.
