• Excellent at finding defects by touch/seeing.
• Great with tools such as: Angle files, straight files, dent pullers, welders, sanders, etc.

PDR - Paintless Dent Repair

• Adequately repaired dents on both aluminum and steel, to ensure a high quality finish.
• Utilized a range of PDR techniques, including pushing, pulling and tapping to remove dents and dings.
• Ensure to keep a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Provided excellent customer service, explaining the PDR process and addressing clients inquiries and concerns.
• Effectively collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

Assembly/Heavy Rework

• Experience with Disassembled, Reassembled, and corrected changeover.
• Inspected the robot at start-ups to ensure it's ready to run by completing start up check sheet.
• Troubleshoot Minor problems associated with robot through HMI.
• Great at driving robots, proficient using right-hand rule for multiple joints and/or groups.
• Assembled and weld medical bed frames according to company procedures.
• Measured dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformances to specifications.
• Consult with supervisors or programmers to resolve machine malfunctions or productions errors.
• Maintain an organized work area and keep maintenance upon machines.
