• Assist maintenance department with start-ups and advanced troubleshooting; Contribute to the growth of the irrigation division of the Cepra Construction Department; Take-offs, bids, negotiate and purchase complex irrigation projects; Key Projects: Disney, Universal Studios, Rollins College, UCF & Lake Nona Development

• Create format and execute irrigation start-ups; Diagnose and repair submersible and centrifugal pump deficiencies; Troubleshoot and repair 2-wire and central control issues on Hunter, Rain Bird and Rain Master systems.

• Purchase all hardscape, irrigation and landscape materials, less trees and shrubs; Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors; Schedule deliveries and secure lowest landed cost of shipping materials.
