Through past professions and experiences, I am an extremely strong candidate to fill the Service Manager position at Labelle Well Drilling. My communication skills with customers and the rest of the Team are an essential part of any successful business today. That includes all forms of communication platforms. Being responsive and a problem solver, staying calm under stressful situations, and having strong listening skills helps to keep everyone working towards the solution.
Organizational skills, prioritizing tasks, and punctuality is what help the customer, the Team, and the Company. My training, and experiences over my work career have taught me to find the strengths in Team members and where others may need additional support or training to understand and achieve our goal. Having held management and leadership roles includes experience in multiple computer programs to maintain precise data information and legible communication where needed.
