In this role I evaluate applicants to determine if they are eligible for a driver's license. Daily I use outlook to monitor applicant's driving history, apply laws and regulations and maintain records.

In this role I worked closely with pharmacist to locate, dispense, pack, label and prescribe medication for patients. I was also taught how to review the medication for accuracy using excel before actually dispensing it to the patient.

During this role I served as the first point of contact for patients when they entered our medical facility. I would greet patients and check them in, verify patient information, collect payments and assist with necessary paperwork.

Using an electronic system I would schedule appointments, prioritizing patient's health issues according to their urgency and educating them on making safe and effective decisions.

In this role I was responsible for processing inbound and outbound communication via telephones, fax and electronic notifications.

In this role I assisted customers over the phone using excel, outlook and microsoft to help patients navigate their treatment options. I also spoke with internal and external providers and physicians to meet patients needs.
