• Recruited and trained middle school students on up through young adults in worship ministry, ranging from guitar lessons, songwriting, heart training, stage presence, and peer leadership
• Mentored one student in an internship; training included guitar lessons, biblical studies, worship leading, and leadership
• Recruited volunteers as small group leaders and teachers, training them on effective teaching techniques, classroom management strategies, and behavior modification. Volunteer demographic included high school leaders through retired adults
• Communicated with parents to encourage active parental participation in either discipleship, or even evangelically acting out the Gospel for parents/guardians who did not know Christ
• Submitted progress reports on spiritual growth, and budget numbers

• Initiated youth programming reconstructing programming scheduling, and content
• Self- Serviced our youth group facility in cleanliness, and in design
• Prioritized and led community service projects, teaching our students to love and serve others
• Revived, and implemented leadership and strategy as Camp Director at our own completely free summer day camp. We saw a 140% increase in attendance in our first year of the change

• Organized and led monthly teen events, budgeting, and praying strategically over what and how we carried the events out

• Adapted to learn new skills, such as sound engineering, acoustic guitar, and piano
