- Assisted members with top-notch service at single-person branch, on-site at a Select Employee Group partner. This included all branch compliance, facilities upkeep, ITM maintenance and branch audits.
- Building branch membership by giving a short presentation of credit union benefits at weekly new employee orientation sessions.
- Updated procedures as needed for technology updates, policy changes, new processes, etc.
- Conducting regular meetings with the Float Team members to , build rapport, keep them abreast of current policies and assess their progress and needs.
