Supports, counsels and seeks resources for families in pre and post adoption crisis. TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) practitioner. Works with children from trauma backgrounds through adoption and post adoption. Works with families through adoption process until they travel to the international country, including fielding questions, following up with phone calls, and completing all applicable paperwork and communication necessary to prepare family to travel overseas; communicate with team members on the ground in the foreign country along with adoption authority officials; experience in counseling client or families on the nature of cross cultural adoption.
