This was awarded quarterly to the manager who met all required performance goals set forth by corporate. I was given a sales expectation with a desired profit margin by my district manager. I had to present my plan to meet that goal while staying within budget for labor and inventory costs. This was a project developed for managers in the "Upwardly Mobile" program. To qualify for the program your performance needed to consistently be within the top 6% in the company.
