Identifying ESL students by the current Texas ESL standards became part of my contribution to the small school. I learned many skills during this period that contributed to my successful scores throughout each year. I took many seminars of identifying gifted and talented students, identifying gifted and talented students with special needs, and how to have an ESL standard learning classroom. Throughout my many stages of my career, I have learned that children and teaching are my passion and life.
