• Provide student-facing guidance on admissions, academic programs, and pathways while identifying and addressing enrollment barriers for prospective and enrolled students.
• Collaborate with Academic Deans, Workforce Program Directors, administrators, faculty, and staff to support student pathways, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and advance enrollment and student success initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with local organizations and schools to strengthen community partnerships and support student recruitment initiatives.
• Participate in large-scale enrollment and recruitment initiatives, including Fall and Spring Super Saturdays, BRCC Application Day, and the North Baton Rouge Industrial Training Initiative (NBRITI), supporting prospective student engagement and access to postsecondary and workforce opportunities.
• Leverage Navigate 360 Enrollment Success to support targeted recruitment and engagement campaigns, coordinate student outreach, review student engagement activity, and gather student experience feedback through follow-up surveys.
• Support recruitment and student success initiatives throughout the student lifecycle, including Spring Commencement and Senior Academic Signing Day, promoting student achievement and strengthening engagement from prospective student recruitment through graduation.

Selected Leadership & Enrollment Initiatives

• New Student Orientation Parent Sessions- Led the development and delivery of parent-focused sessions designed to improve family engagement and support the transition to college.
• High School Student Engagement Initiative- Leading the development of a new initiative designed to strengthen high school student awareness of BRCC academic and workforce opportunities.
• Digital Recruitment Initiative- Developing a digital outreach initiative to expand access to information about BRCC academic and workforce pathways for prospective students, counselors, and community partners.

• Holistic advising which includes helping students navigate through daily challenges with course work and registration for courses, restoring independence and increasing students' capabilities, providing a variety of resources for students to directly access, and supporting the college's mission and strategic plan to redefine student success while increasing retention rates
• Collaborating with Deans, Professors, and other Faculty through workshops and meetings to increase student advancement
• Continuously volunteered to support Recruitment and Outreach events for Baton Rouge Community College
• Streamlined communication between members of the community and Student Services department, fostering a collaborative working environment for successful student successful student enrollment process.

• Implemented evidence-based interventions through cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy.
• Performed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, needs and goals.
• Helped clients work through emotional and psychological issues in both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Worked with interdisciplinary treatment team to develop treatment plans.
• Elected as River Place Behavioral Health Hospital's First Discharge Planner in March 2021.
• Promoted to Co-therapist at River Place Behavioral Health over Dual Diagnosis Psychiatric Unit in November of 2021
