Oluwateniola Adeosun

I am an experienced and dependable nurse working in a neuroscience progressive unit that specializes in stroke care at a Level 1 trauma hospital located in a small city. The hospital is the only stroke-certified facility in the area, which allows us to serve patients with severe strokes, particularly from surrounding smaller towns.
In my role, I have had the opportunity to perform a variety of nursing skills consistently, including inserting Foley catheters, IVs, and nasogastric tubes, as well as providing tracheostomy care, and drawing labs. One of my strengths related to work experiences is my certification in conducting stroke assessments for patients. I remain calm and collected under pressure, which is vital in our fast-paced environment.
My ultimate career goal is to work in an intensive care unit (ICU).
