my responsibility as certified nursing assistant is to provide activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, positioning patients; and providing fresh water and nourishment in between meals.

• Provide basic patient care by taking vital signs, measuring height and weight, and recording intake and output.
• Assist patients with shaving, bathing and oral hygiene to promote healthy habits and overall wellness.
• Observe and reported unusual symptoms and changes to charge nurse.
• Turning and repositioning residents using proper body mechanics to prevent pressure ulcers.
• Answered call lights promptly and responded to patient needs accordingly.
