I started in customer service, was promoted to logistics manager, and then to my current position of regional manager.

In my current roll I manage a team of both customer service and logistics. I support my team with proven leadership and dedication to problem solving. I also work with other departments (payroll, accounting, and HR) to help insure smooth communication between our teams.

I have built solid relationships with many customers. I do this by always communicating proactively and striving to give them the best service possible.

I have a strong work ethic and enjoy opportunities to learn new skills that can help me succeed in my job.
