Reading truth to life books, cooking, hiking and laughing

I love to read true to life books because it presents the actual experience of the author and at times it brings clarity and relevance to situations. As it relates to cooking, it brings a joy to prepare tasty, attractive palatable vegan food for my loved ones. I believe that good health can be achieved by the way in which one eats. Hiking brings me at one with nature - the sound of animals, the peace and serenity of the environment and the scenic view all contribute to that oneness. Laughing brings joy to my soul, and I am pleased when my joy makes others around me happy and comfortable which can be a motivator to work and deliver.
