
With over 30 years in the food industry, notably at Cinnabon Bakery where I led a team and managed all bookkeeping, my expertise blends exceptional customer service with a passion for baking. Specializing in decorated sugar cookies and cakes, I excel in both culinary creativity and efficient management, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success.
Organized files and kept track of incoming and outgoing expenses. Also helped the owner (Mike Pedota) clean his house and did his laundry for him as he is unmarried and working as many as 16 hours per day.
I worked in the kitchen cooking and preparing food for the front counter. This consisted of fried burritos, fried chicken, spuds, fried okra, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings and salad bar. The salad bar held potato salad, macaroni salad, fresh fruit, salad and many toppings and dressings.
I left this job when my mother (whom I was taking care of ) passed from cancer and I moved to Alabama with my sister.
I was responsible for scheduling the work hours for 15+ employees. I also performed all book work to be submitted to home offices, making daily bank deposits, ordering off all supplies . I was responsible for employees training and the promotion of employees when applicable.
