Ladies of Laughter

Founder and President of the Crazy National Red Hat Society I gathered a stable of ladies. Some in their forties, others in their 50's. If in their 40's they wore pink hats and in their 50's they wore red hats to designate their age per club national rules. We accomplished many fine acts of charity. Formed many long lasting friendships that have lasted till today.


Lots of Laughter Yoga

As a leader I give back to my community by hosting free clinics that introduce laughter on a daily basis in order to combat depression,anxiety and loneliness. No one leaves without a smile on their face. I practice this every morning.
