  • Also worked on internal communications for sales teams to promote our offers, products, and programmes effectively.
  • Projects handled: B2B Partnership Communication Collaborating with B2B strategic partners like QJB and QASA on communication initiatives. This includes developing pitch decks and maintaining a comprehensive comms plan with regular updates, joint newsletters, and promotional materials for route and destination launches.
  • We hold weekly call with QJB and annual meetings to align on strategy and share finalized assets through Salesforce to keep our sales teams informed.
  • Additionally, we update our trade and corporate partners on partnership developments.
  • Following a survey to assess awareness levels about QJB, we're implementing a more intensive communications plan based on the feedback received from our sales teams.
  • Content Development Overseeing comms for the Trade Portal, which includes trade updates, offers, news, and recent developments. This ensures that trade partners are informed and engaged with the latest information.

  • We have annual advertising plans with major TMCs and corporate publications. My role involves managing the calendar, providing all necessary assets as per the plan to execute these advertising campaigns, and measuring success after each campaign.
  • I also analyze ways to improve messaging for better outcomes.
  • Event management
  • As part of our annual plans, we participate in global corporate events, and it's my responsibility to provide support for these events in terms of advertising, branding and giveaways.
  • I was a key member of the core team that organized Annual Corporate Sales Meet. The event attracts top global account managers from around the world, and I'm proud to say that our team has successfully handled the entire organization, promotion, and branding of the event.

  • Created a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) template for our sales teams to ensure consistency in their presentations. This template helps them clearly understand the key information to present to clients during reviews.

  • I have successfully created marketing assets to support the team with their CSPs, working on numerous projects to date.
