• Manage daily operations (i.e. resident satisfaction, accounting,leasing and marketing) for twenty-one building portfolio of off-campus student housing rental properties.
• Guide Leasing Team and approve marketing initiatives, assign individual and team leasing goals, and execute staffing changes.
• Review facilities maintenance performance to monitor resident satisfaction, work order completion rate, property expenses, capital improvements, etc.
• Weekly and monthly reporting on each property’s financial activity and performance to ownership and Asset corporate management team.
