AHA e-Card Process

  • All employees must claim their card to be compliant
  • 1. You will receive an email from eCards@heart.org to the email address you provided during the sign-in for class.
  • 2. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder.
  • 3. Once you have passed the course, you must go into the email and click on the link to claim your eCard.
  • 4. Fill out the security questions.
  • 5. Complete the voluntary survey.
  • 6. Click on the link for wallet card or certificate (this will be a PDF which you can save or print for your records).
  • 7. Cards MUST be claimed within 24 hours.
  • 8. If you have any issues, please call the Fontana Employee File Room at 909-609-3650.
