• Mentor peers and collaborate with Customer Success Specialists to accelerate adoption of Cisco XDR, Secure Access, and other software solutions.
• Present technology trends and conference insights to leadership, influencing long‑term planning and budget decisions.

Project Ownership

• Conduct major network refresh initiatives across multiple manufacturing environments, replacing legacy Cisco infrastructure with Catalyst 9300 platforms while maintaining uptime through strategic maintenance windows.
• Coordinate with VAR partners to develop accurate BoMs, validate designs, and ensure smooth implementation.

Technical Execution

• Design, support, and optimize global network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
• Utilize Postman API automation to streamline configuration workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Maintain a 10‑day SLA for issue resolution, consistently delivering high‑quality service and strengthening trust from the Infrastructure team.

• Deliver hands-on support for end-user technologies—including PCs, printers, and AV equipment—ensuring performance meets defined service level agreements.
• Collaborate with network engineers to optimize wireless performance across manufacturing and office environments, improving user experience and supporting operational continuity.
• Maintain accurate client documentation to streamline issue resolution and enhance team efficiency.
