Being the captain of my soccer team for club and high school soccer has allowed me to achieve the abilities of leadership skills, communication, team building, decision making, problem solving, motivation, organizational skills, and adaptability. Being the person to look up to and to have the answers at any given moment has adapted me to who I have become. Being a team captain as allowed me to become not only a better teammate but a better coworker in all the fields I have partaken in since my first job. By incorporating all these skills I am able to bring a value then much more than a leader and captain to potential teammates, employers, and organizations.
