
Over the past 7 years I have acquired a true interest in the culinary field.
After starting work as a dishwasher, and making my way up to a line cook, I decided to pursue culinary arts as a degree. There, I picked up basic knife skills, as well as some culinary equipment handling. However, my study of culinary arts did not last long, as the school I attended closed down.
I then decided to stay in a full-time job, learning new skills, and honing them, much like a knife. I have studied under a few chefs, absorbing their knowledge, which I have then taught to handfuls of new coworkers.
