Twenty years in the Navy Nuclear Program with seventeen years of experience in managing, training, coordinating, and conducting all aspects of maintenance. Twelve years experience as Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor supervising engineering watch teams during Reactor and Steam Plant Operations. Managing 13 training specialists; developing, coordinating, and instructing for an important project that developed and implemented training for multiple groups. Managing the needs of different groups and coordinating between several training specialists resulted in the development of many quality training products to support the safe operation of the system, while adhering to a rigorous schedule, using the ADDIE approach to training, and Vision software to produce qualified operators, supervisors, and other support personnel.

Assisted in the rewrite of the navy's electrical safety standards and regulations manual. including some 1400 Changes, Incorporating DOE and OSHA requirements, improving the safety of personnel and equipment to the entire Navy. Followed by managing 2 contract companies on different coasts. Managed and trained 2 sailors while performing the canvassing and recruiting for highly skilled and educated personnel, filling the demanding positions of the US Navy.
Coordinated recruiting efforts in western Colorado to include 22 high schools and 2 colleges. Turned around a struggling station to a station exceeding fiscal goals every year. Trained, mentored and prepared, on average of 30, a rotational pool of future sailors for their future careers in the US Navy.
