• As a supervisor, my responsibilities varied, from making sure my crew were getting their task done and keeping the store clean, to making sure I got my task done as supervisor in a days work. As supervisor, I'd have to open or close the store depending on my schedule, I would have to walk around my store to make sure things are in the right place, that the store is set to the companies desire, making sure when I found empty hangers or boxes that I am putting it into loss prevention and making sure I check our emails daily to see if there needs to be any changes to the store. Then on our truck days, I'll have to sometimes unload inventory boxes when I was low on employees and when I was not I would focus on running my section and making sure everything on the sales floor was going smoothly.

As a crew member my responsibilities varied from taking orders, prepping the sandwich meat, boxing the orders, and warming the food to the customers desire. When I noticed an area dirty, I would make sure to clean it or ask so one else to clean it to ensure we are not contaminating the food around us. When it was time to close, I would clean all the dishes, mop the floors, and prep food for the morning shift. Sometimes I would act as a shift lead and close the store.
